Description

Our tunnel freezer is composed of two series-connected belts, which are spatially separated. In the first stage, the products are cooled down from +15° C to about 5° C. The evaporator of this stage operates at a vaporization temperature above +/- 0° C. Thereby it must not be defrosted. In the second stage of the tunnel freezer operates with an evaporation temperature of -40° C and freeze the product to -18° C Thoroughly sanitary freezing environment:
1) To meet HACCP food safety management standards, the tunnel freezer incorporates an inner space which is simple for cleaning and maintenance.
2) SUS304 stainless steel internal body and wire mesh belt (or solid plate) are corrosion resistance and have long service life.
3) Coated with hydrophilic film, the fins of the heat exchanger won't generate alumina powder, which ensures high food safety. 4) For high sanitary standard, all the roller wheels, rotary drum, and guide rails are made using ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene.
5) A stainless steel fan is available and is especially designed to work at extremely low temperatures. The fan impellers and ventilator are also made of SUS304 stainless steel.
Application field : The freezer is widely used for keeping seafood, poultry, vegetable, fruit, pastry, prepared food, etc.
